In 1972, The Rolling Stones discovered Jose Cuervo at a tour kickoff party near San Francisco, where a bartender created the band’s first tequila sunrise. It quickly became the official cocktail of the legendary tour known as “The Tequila Sunrise Tour,” which our campaign helped commemorate.
